Please let us know before you leave neutral or negative feedback, and we will try our best to make a solution. (*If buyer who leave neutral or negative feedback she/he will not enjoy our Return Policy*).
3. If the dress not fit you, you can sent the item back within 7 days , we can make a full refund to you (not include postage), the postage is for the buyer’s account , and we can make a exchanged dress for you free of charge.
4. Brand new condition (no smoke scents, no makeup stains, no alterations).
